Visited for the first and last time. Parked in a well lighted lot directly across the street and no less that 12 cars had windows smashed out and burglarized. Cops said it happens every night there. … Full review by rogere138

We were just visiting Memphis for the day and when we saw Frozen was playing and the history of the Opheum, we stayed an extra day to get tickets. Very worth our time and money. Full review by Dave A

I'm wondering if I should just ask my money back 'cause I don't want to sit in a place where I can't see or hear anything. But if anyone has different thoughts, I'd love to hear them. I think no. That is the risk you take being late. I don't understand why you did not know where your seats were located? There is a seating map online. It's a cool old theater saved from the wrecking ball and a Memphis treasure. Many seats are compromised and me too over 50 years of going there have encountered unfavorable obstructions or seating to far back. I'm sorry you had a bad time.

The view is not obstructed from the vast majority of the seats. I cannot verify that some of the seats at the very end of rows on each side may have some areas of the stage obstructed

Any seat by the wall has some of the stage blocked. Take opera glasses!

We ate at BB King’s and everything we ate was fantastic! Ribs, fried chicken, chicken & waffles and catfish. It was all amazing. Plus it’s only 2 blocks from the Orpheum.
